WIDE FREQUENCY RANGE HIGH RELIABILITY PROBE

The MIR5500 utilizes a probe with a wide frequency range - 1 to 220 MHz. The probe also has a unique probe pin interface that seals and eliminates leakage problems with traditional sealing techniques. Because the connection to the probe is with standard SMA type connectors, any maintenance on the cable to the probe is easy to perform and replace. The probe provides for a very long service life with easy maintenance.


Coaxial Low Torque Slip Ring

The slip ring for the MIR5500 is a coaxial type slip ring with SMA connections and very low torque.

In addition, high frequency strip-line direction connection to the slip-ring allow for clean consistent high frequency operation.
