MIR-5500 High Frequency Lapping Monitor System

The MIR-5500 Dual Lap Controller is the first in a new generation of the lapping monitor systems. The system overcomes many problems of older technology systems while extending the frequency range and reliability. The MIR-5500 utilizes wideband DDS technology combined with a fast period counter to make fast repeatable measurements. The MIR-5500 provides a complete solution for accurate and repeatable lapping or polishing monitor and control.
