The MIR-500T is a temperature test system solution that offers unmatched frequency range and throughput utilizing standard network analyzers

The system is based on the MIR 500B Measurement system with measurement capabilties up to 1300 MHz. The system integrates high frequency Agilent network analyzers with standard crystal temperature chambers for testing mesa or high frequency overtone crystals
