MIR-500B High Frequency Crystal Measurement System

The MIR-500B is an integrated software measurement system targeted for very high frequency crystal measurement. The system is used to effectively characterize quartz crystals at frequencies up to and beyond 1 GHz using reflection network head and PI network technology. It provides an efficient measurement solution when coupled with existing compatible network analyzers or provided as a complete low cost turnkey automatic test system.
