The MIR-1550 Manual High Frequency Crystal Blank Sorting Station was developed to provide a precision reliable high frequency sorting station for manually sorting blanks utilizing the same measurement head technology used in the other MIR mesa, strip and round blank sorting systems

- WIDE RANGE: Wide band blank sorting capability to beyond 1 GHZ Can be uitlized with several different network analyzers
- BINS: Programmable Bin Sorting with up to 18 bins (utilizing the MIR2000 Measurement Software System)
- RATE: > 250 pcs/hr typical
- TYPE: Operates with flat and mesa crystals with and without metal outer ring. Adaptable to most blank geometry's.
- DIGITAL MICROMETER for easy and repeatable setup.
- Precision X/Y Positioning Table for flexible part positioning.
- Pneumatic Head Action for smooth repeatable operation.

The MIR1550 Measurement Head is an excellent engineering tool to check small lots or sample etching runs. When coupled with a MIR2000 System it becomes powerful tool for process monitoring and development. It can also be coupled with the MIR1100 to provde a low cost turnkey blank measurement station.

System Package Options Include:

a) System Controller and Analyzer - full turnkey system with software installed. Analyzers can be Agilent E5100, 871X or 8753Ex
b) System Controller and w/o Analyzer - we configure the software for your supported analyzer and you provide the supported analyzer.
