The MIR1375 is a pneumatically controlled semi-automatic crystal blank measurement
station used to measure the electrical parameters of round or strip plated crystal blanks.
Utilizing a reflection measurement technique, crystals of frequencies beyond 1 Ghz can be
evaluated for several different applications.
Some typical application are:
- Monitoring base plater operation
- Pre-mounting inspection
- Failure Anaysis
The measurement station offers a fast and effective solution to meaurement of crystal
blanks with a precise and reliable measurement when used with the MIR500 Test Software
and operator hands-free operation when used with the supplied footswitch.
The MIR1375 station is flexible with an adjustable base and measurement head. In
addition, a platform working area is provided that allows the operator to place parts prior to
positioning them in the measurement head.
